This walk takes you past some of Edinburgh’s major attractions with European connections.
This walk starts at the Wojtek Monument in Princes Street Gardens on the opposite side of 108 Princes Street, Edinburgh’s main thoroughfare. We will walk around the centre of Edinburgh and finish at Calton Hill.
The walk covers approximately 5.5 kilometres and should take most people a couple of hours to complete. Some of the route is level, such as at the start along Princes Street. However, the walk does involve steps, cobbles and several hills, so may not be accessible for all. If you feel you can’t join the walk, please enjoy the many photographs and links on the website.
